Experienced Customer Care Representative – Weekend Shift – Remote Work Opportunity

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, live chat, and email to provide top-notch support and create raving fans. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Schedule:

* 4-day weekend shift schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)

  • 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
  • Flexibility in schedule per day
  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days

  • 2 weeks paid time off per year

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Availability to work a 4-day weekend shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
