Partner Manager (US) – Lab Informatics $110,000–$130,000 base + 10–15% OTE bonus Remote (US-based) | Preference for New York Are you passionate about driving strategic partnerships and enabling innovation across the R&D software space? A leading SaaS company transforming how the world’s top scientific organizations manage their data is looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join its growing US team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest names in technology and consulting, including Zifo, Astrix, Wega, whilst helping shape how cutting‑edge R&D companies collaborate and innovate. What You’ll Do Support and grow relationships with US-based strategic partners, including System Integrators, Global Consultancies, and Managed Service Providers. Collaborate with the Partnerships Director to strengthen joint go-to-market initiatives and sales alignment. Enable partners through onboarding, training, and shared best practices. Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to create impactful co-branded campaigns, events, and case studies. Track partner performance, pipeline, and engagement to optimize success. Travel up to 25% across the US for partner meetings and events. What We’re Looking For 2+ years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, or Customer Success — ideally in enterprise SaaS or R&D technology. Strong Lab Informatics knowledge and understanding of how technology supports modern R&D environments. Proven commercial experience — comfortable engaging with enterprise partners and supporting sales opportunities. Familiarity with Lab Informatics partners and ecosystems, such as Zifo, Astrix, Wega, and major global consultancies. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship‑building skills.
