They have the world’s largest portfolio of billion dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of America’s favorite snack foods, including FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS.This role supports the FLNA Midwest team. Position is responsible for executing all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance and managing customer databases while ensuring all relevant items and materials are communicated to the customers and to all FLNA stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work between 8am-5pm Central Standard Time including necessary overtime as required. Work directly with the FLNA Midwest Directors and Managers, cross-functional teams and the customer, leveraging online systems and other software applications: Timely, accurate and complete listing of FLNA products and appropriate pricing and promotional allowances are maintained in internal FLNA and external customer systemsPromotional calendars are updated and communicated accurately and timely to all relevant parties both internally with FLNA and externally with the customerContracts supporting each customer and promotional event are completed in an accurate and timely manner and are communicated to all parties Apply proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support KAMs in assessing effectiveness of various programs and initiativesSupport DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required.

    High School diploma / GEDDemonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively in a fast paced environmentAbility to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasksAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in Excel and PowerPoint and proficient in Outlook and Word.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple levels within the organization and with our customersDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels in the organizationDemonstrated strong customer service orientationMust be authorized to work in the United States
