Responsibilities
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently processing prescription orders for patients and providers, ensuring excellence in data entry and quality control.
- Communicating with providers via outbound calls and electronic communications to verify prescriptions and resolve any issues.
- Effectively discerning and triaging customer service and pharmacy technician responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care.
- Proactively resolving data inaccuracies and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
- Meeting daily performance targets, including:
+ Provider communication (20-30 calls per day) + Processing refill requests from providers (20-30 per day) + Processing patient orders (170-200 per day)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Pharmacy Technician License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in data entry and electronic health records systems
