Project Benefits – Work whenever it fits your schedule – Participate from anywhere as the role is fully remote – Receive fair global compensation that exceeds your local minimum wage – Increase your earnings by completing more tasks Task Summary (What You’ll Do) – Review and correct machine‑generated audio segmentation and transcriptions – Ensure all transcripts meet quality standards for speech‑recognition AI – Follow detailed project guidelines in your role as an AI Specialist – Work comfortably and flexibly while producing top‑quality data – Receive fair, above‑minimum‑wage pay based on each completed unit Contributor Requirements – Strong command of Croatian, both spoken and written – Currently residing in Croatia – Good listening skills and strong attention to detail – Reliable internet connection – Laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices are not permitted) Weekly Hours Requirement – Minimum of 10 hours per week – Work at any time with no fixed schedule – Option to increase your weekly hours Payment Details For the Jigglypuff project, payment is determined by the number of transcription units completed. – Earn $0.14 per unit, with earnings increasing as you complete more units – Aim for about 45 units per hour to work efficiently – Commit to just 10 hours per week for a flexible earning opportunity Potential Weekly Earnings – $0.14 per unit – 45 units per hour × 10 hours per week = 450 units per week – 450 units × $0.14 = $63 per week Earn $63 each week with only 10 hours of work. Additional hours can boost your income. Qualification Steps – Apply through Lever – Complete the qualification steps in CrowdGen: submit documents, take the Language Comprehension Test, and complete Identity Verification (30–40 minutes) – Start contributing once you pass the qualification process This is a project‑based role with CrowdGen, where you will work as an Independent Contractor.
