Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies by phone and online portals to confirm coverage
- Obtain prior authorizations for medical procedures when required
- Update and maintain accurate insurance information in patient records
- Communicate verification results to the billing and clinical teams
- Resolve insurance discrepancies quickly and professionally
