Data Access Management Consultant
Role-Data Access Management Location- Toronto, ON (REMOTE) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Below is the specific experience that the team is looking for along with DAM exposure. 1. Access Governance & Control
- Understanding end‑to‑end user access lifecycle: provisioning, modification, and de‑provisioning.
- Should know Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute‑Based Access Control (ABAC), and least‑privilege models.
- Must be aware of compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
2. Operations Support & Incident Handling
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for access-related issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring access failures and drive permanent corrective actions.
- Escalate complex security and access issues to engineering or platform teams as needed.
- Adhere to defined SLAs, response timelines, and operational KPIs.
3. Tools & Platforms Experience
- Unix platform
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- SIEM tools for access log monitoring (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
