Entry-Level Auto Technician

Description:

• Perform light maintenance on vehicles during the reconditioning process.
• Complete fluid checks and other basic service tasks.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections to identify imperfections or needed repairs.
• Work in a production environment to help prepare low-mileage, late-model cars for customers.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work mandatory overtime when business needs require it.
• Collaborate with the team to support Carvana’s vehicle delivery timelines.
• Participate in training programs that support skill and pay progression.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools physically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Willingness to work in weather-exposed conditions, including heat and cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
