Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices in compliance with legal department guidelines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure accurate billing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update billing records and client information in the system.
  • Generate and distribute billing reports to relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end billing processes to meet deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing and payment matters.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures related to billing practices.
  • Support the legal department with additional administrative tasks as required.

  • A strong understanding of billing processes, particularly within the legal or business services industry.
  • Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when needed.
