Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As a Full Stack Customer Service Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of hourly workforce: Support, mentor, and motivate your team to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
  • Maintaining customer expectations: Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
  • Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, maintain high-quality standards, and meet productivity and customer delivery expectations.
  • Collaborating with support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Physical demands: Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, and work in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Customer service experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and motivating individuals to achieve high performance.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and support teams.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective plans.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, management, or communications.
