Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote cargo team as a Freight Specialist. In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, interacting directly with customers via phone and in-person. As a section-level customer service specialist, you'll work closely with our leadership team to provide mentorship and support to help you grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our cargo customers via phone and in-person

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Work independently to manage a high-volume workload and meet productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the airline or transportation industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
