You will guide clients through personalized wellness journeys, focusing on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness. As a Senior Holistic Health Coach, you will leverage your expertise in various wellness modalities to create individualized action plans for clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth client assessments, providing ongoing coaching and support, and facilitating behavior change. The ability to inspire and empower individuals to achieve their health goals is paramount. You will work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive health and wellness assessments with clients to understand their lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Develop personalized, holistic wellness plans that address nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and emotional well-being. Provide one-on-one coaching sessions (via video conferencing) to guide clients in implementing their wellness plans and overcoming obstacles. Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and evidence-based wellness strategies. Empower clients to set realistic goals and develop sustainable habits for long-term health improvement. Monitor client progress, celebrate achievements, and adjust plans as needed to ensure continued success. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, plans, and session notes. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in holistic health, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral science. Collaborate with other wellness professionals as needed to provide comprehensive client care. Contribute to the development of wellness content, resources, and program enhancements. Foster a supportive and motivational coaching relationship with all clients. Qualifications: Certified Health Coach (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, Wellcoaches) required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience providing health and wellness coaching, with a strong emphasis on holistic approaches. Demonstrated expertise in nutrition, fitness principles, stress management techniques, and mindfulness practices. Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide individuals through behavior change. Strong understanding of human behavior and habit formation. Proficiency with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and client management software. Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload effectively in a remote setting. A passion for promoting health and well-being. Experience in a specialized area of wellness (e.g., sports nutrition, corporate wellness, chronic disease management) is a plus.
