The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via online chat and social media. You'll be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers, all while maintaining a positive and friendly tone. You'll work in a fast-paced chat environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat and social media

  • Answer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with social media and website chat functions

  • Experience with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
