Care Coordinator / Office Coordinator

High-impact, hybrid role in a fast-growing home care business. Work directly with caregivers and clients to deliver white-glove service and keep operations running seamlessly. Location: Needham, MA (Hybrid) Compensation: ~$60,000 Role Summary This role sits at the center of a home care operation, coordinating caregivers, supporting clients, and driving day-to-day execution. You’ll work across scheduling, communication, and operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment where responsiveness and organization are critical. Core Responsibilities Caregiver Coordination

  • Primary point of contact for caregivers during office hours
  • Manage onboarding, schedules, and communication
  • Ensure accountability, reliability, and responsiveness

Client Coordination

  • Deliver white-glove service to clients and families
  • Handle schedule changes and caregiver fit
  • Partner with our clinical team
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally

Operations & Administration

  • Support billing
  • Maintain accurate systems and records
  • Execute workflows with precision
  • Assist with ad hoc operational projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, professional, and highly personable
  • Strong communicator (phone + in-person)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable stepping in for urgent needs (call-outs, client issues)
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable using scheduling, payroll, and CRM systems
  • Practical, business-minded approach to problem-solving

Hybrid: 3–4 days in-office (Needham), 1–2 days remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Home care, healthcare, or service industry experience preferred
  • Scheduling, coordination, or customer-facing experience helpful

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
