Role Description We are seeking a full-time BCBA LBA in the State of Georgia who is passionate about making a difference and ready to work in a remote role. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful clinical oversight and client care.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and use data analysis to track progress
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians
  • Partner with families and professionals to ensure cohesive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices

Qualifications

  • Active GA LBA required
  • Georgia residency preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
