RCM - Posting Specialist
• *RCM - Posting Specialist** We are seeking an experienced remote Revenue Cycle Management - Posting Specialist to join our team here at Advanced Dental Brands. The RCM Posting Specialist is responsible for the accurate daily posting of all insurance payments, management of Remit AI auto-posting exceptions, EOB interpretation, adjustment entry, and ERA/EFT reconciliation across ADB practice locations. This role also manages dual insurance posting scenarios and is accountable for Denticon ledger accuracy in all assigned offices.

- *Qualifications
- 1–3 years of dental or medical payment posting experience
- Working knowledge of Denticon posting module required
- Ability to read and interpret dental EOBs, ERAs, and dual insurance remittances
- Understanding of COB logic and dual insurance posting requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high daily posting volumes within production benchmarks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; dental billing training preferred
- *Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience with Remit AI or similar auto-posting platform
- DSO multi-office dental posting experience
- Knowledge of EFT reconciliation and lockbox payment processing
