What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration, focusing on Optimized Scheduler features
- Conduct 1:1 training sessions for the client's system administrator to boost their confidence in system use
- Assist in the creation of job aids for broader rollout of the Optimized Scheduler across the organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of client requirements
- Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and concerns
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler)
- Solid communication skills
- Strong documentation skills for job aid development
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in consulting roles within Workforce Management or related fields
- Familiarity with client training methodologies
- Previous experience in project-based consulting
