DevOps Engineer – D365 Power Platform

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments
• Focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot production issues
• Support CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance
• Facilitate the transition to cloud-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools
• Broad understanding of content and content organization
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, React, SQL, and optionally Python or T-SQL
• Experience with SQL and troubleshooting data flow/integration issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and other media communication skills
• Integrative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of CBN staff and outside public
• Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission
