Title: National Sleep Expert - Chat Exempt Status: Non-Exempt Management Level: Individual Contributor Reports To: Assistant Manager, National Sales Job Summary: Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work Friday and Saturday Must be available for 2–3 evening shifts per week Evening shifts needed: 1:00-9:00 PM, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (ALL IN CST) ​ Essential Responsibilities Answering inbound customer chat messages and texts and making outbound calls, emails, and texts Using low-pressure consultative sales strategies to address customer needs Follow-up with customers to ensure all problems were properly resolved Close sales and achieve quotas Understand customer needs and requirements Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations Non-Essential Responsibilities Executes company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company Education High School diploma or equivalent required Professional Experience 1+ Years Sales or call center experience required 1+ Years Experience in a sales and client-facing role required And 1+ Years Experience in achieving/exceeding sales goals preferred Skills List Returns phone calls and emails in timely manner Comfortable and confident with consultative selling Ability to act upon insights and perceptions independent of rational thought Builds rapport with individuals at all levels of an organization Knowing when to initiate communication and respond Skilled in initiating, structuring, and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks Adapts to new situations, changes, and shifts strategies to meet different types of challenges Ability to maintain customer-centered while striving to meet financial goals and expectations on our KPIs Able to problem solve in a high-pressure environment Competencies Knowledge Licenses and Certifications Physical Demands Office Environment Sitting for up to 8+ hours Standing occasionally Walking occasionally Talking frequently Hearing Frequently Usage of hands and fingers Reaching with hands and arms Occasionally Working Alone Store Maintenance/ Cleaning Scope Now don’t fall asleep out there… the sooner that we receive your application, the closer you are to the career of your dreams!
