What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls for insurance filing and routing callers to the appropriate team member
  • Utilizing the Beyond system to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
  • Entering and updating insurance information accurately in the Beyond system
  • Engaging in extensive phone usage to file claims and determine appropriate claim codes
  • Assisting supervisors and team members with tasks as requested

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of insurance experience (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Extensive phone skills and the ability to interact positively with customers
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
