Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts

  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
  • Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and increase revenue growth
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success or account management

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a fast-paced environment
