Role: We are looking for a sharp, creative, fast, AI-First Email/SMS Copy Manager to join the team. This is a role for someone who loves email, understands how to develop and iterate on a brand, understands how to write copy that HOLDS ATTENTION, and knows how to use AI as a co-pilot… …not a crutch. You’ll own copywriting for 1 brand responsible for creating high-converting, brand-aligned email campaigns and flows—averaging 30+ emails & 30+ sms, per month. From product (warm up sequences) to educational content, to lead nurture (working to convert qualified leads into sales) to flows that touch the entire customer journey, you'll create everything from scratch or refine AI-generated drafts with exceptional taste and judgment, to make sure that every email is both human and refined. Given our client-base, native-level English is a must for this role. 🎯Key Responsibilities: Optimize deliverability via klaviyo or sendlane or beehiv Write, edit, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows (including welcome, nurture, retention, product launches, promos, etc.) Manage copy calendars and deliverables across 2 brands Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to brainstorm, outline, and draft faster—without compromising brand voice or quality Work closely to align copy direction with client needs and performance insights—adjusting messaging based on trends in metrics like opens,clicks, and conversions Collaborate with designers and project managers to bring each email to life with compelling copy and cohesive visual direction Own voice adaptation for each brand, maintaining consistency and tone across messages Create A/B variants for subject lines, headers, and call-to-actions—and synthesize learnings to improve future performance Collaborate with strategists and designers to bring each email to life with compelling copy + visual cohesion Maintain fast-paced, high-quality output within a repeatable, efficient process 🎯 You’re Perfect If You: Have 3 to 5 years of copywriting experience, ideally in email, DTC, or digital performance marketing Know how to write fast and well, particularly with AI Are comfortable managing multiple brand voices Know how to test creatively (and interpret results intelligently) Can handle high-volume copy demands without sacrificing taste or clarity 🎯What you get: Stable, predictable income (no chasing clients or lessons) Remote freedom (webcam + fast internet required) Growth track—top performers level up fast & can move to sales, marketing, ops, leadership Be part of building something huge in longevity (helping customers live longer, healthier-meaningful AF Tools You Might Use: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper.ai Copy.ai (or similar) Klaviyo, Figma, Google Docs, Trello, Slack What we expect from you: High work ethic (Monday-Saturday) Be a team player committed to client wins.
