Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dallas, USA. As a key member of our Investigation Group, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to our account managers, helping them to drive business growth through data analysis, insights, and recommendations. This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a salary range of $20-30/hour.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including but not limited to, CRM systems, Salesforce, and arenaflex data sets
- Researching and verifying the accuracy of external data sources
- Cleaning and formatting data to ensure it's compatible with our systems
- Supporting account managers with meeting requests and requirements
- Utilizing Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage tasks
- Participating in special projects and research requests
- Providing customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions and drives
- Developing presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)
