Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: ### Information Extraction

• Recognize and extract information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data systems
• Compile and analyze data into comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Identify trends and patterns in data, and provide insights to inform business decisions

### Information Perception and Revealing

• Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
• Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, empowering informed decision making at all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies

### Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes
• Provide expertise and guidance on data-related projects and initiatives
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization

### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity

• Execute thorough quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis
• Identify potential errors and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in SQL with large datasets or comparable platforms

• 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
• 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and reporting projects
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack

• Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
