We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our online market research department on a remote work basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing various tasks such as online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online projects. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:- Email Customer Service in an online ticket response system, providing exceptional support to our clients
- Receiving online instruction on interacting with our customers and utilizing best-answer templates in most of your interactions
- Executing online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online projects
- Utilizing your own 3G or 4G secured systems to complete tasks, while being responsible for data usage
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- Computer proficiency, with an intermediate working ability level as a minimum requirement
- Persistent work ethic, with a strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
- Preparedness to learn and a willingness to improve in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous in this role:- Previous experience in customer service, administration, data entry, marketing, or public relations
- Knowledge of online market research and data entry software
