Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
• Working on various projects, including research trials, online studies, and product testing
• Using a variety of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software applications
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues through email, phone, and video conferencing
• Meeting deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of work completed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Current USA residency
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
