Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, resolving customer concerns, and making recommendations to meet their needs
- Achieving sales goals by promoting arenaflex's top fitness products and services
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base
- Collaborating with the team to share best practices and improve customer service processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in basic computer software and internet navigation
- Ability to type and calculate simple retail math
- Positive attitude and self-motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Reliable and flexible availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
Preferred Qualifications
* Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus)
- Previous experience working with fitness products and services (a plus)
- Certification in customer service or sales (a plus)
