Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for our customers, offering first-contact support through various channels. This role is integral to our mission, ensuring customer inquiries and issues are addressed with efficiency, empathy, and precision. Whether it's through email, phone calls, or live chat, your contribution will make a tangible difference in our customer's journey.
Work Schedule
Our remote work schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being an integral part of our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and responding to customer emails daily, providing solutions and answers to any order-related questions or concerns.
- Handling 30-45 customer calls per day, assisting with inquiries ranging from order tracking to resolving package errors.
- Utilizing Live Chat for real-time problem solving, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
- Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary, acting as the initial point of contact for our company.
- Maintaining professionalism and efficiency in all customer interactions, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage customers positively over the phone and in writing.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues effectively and promptly.
- A commitment to professionalism and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a phone-based or call center role is highly regarded.
