• This part-time data entry specialist role is an integral part of the arenaflex team, working closely with our Fleet Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division. This team plays a vital role in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for providing engineering support on various aircraft systems and improving associated reliability through project management.
What You'll Do
•
Engineer L2
• Stay informed about day-to-day airline operations within your area of responsibility
- Assess daily priorities in accordance with arenaflex objectives and management directives
- Investigate aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determine the most effective corrective actions
- Provide engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore serviceable status
- Respond to requests from Maintenance and other arenaflex departments when technical assistance is needed to support projects or resolve problems
- Develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursue final dispositions according to assessed priorities
- Coordinate with other arenaflex departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
- Prepare engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with arenaflex objectives and management directives
Essential Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in data entry, engineering, or a related role
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with aircraft systems and maintenance procedures a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as FAA certification or a related field
- Experience with arenaflex systems: Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and software
- Language skills: Proficiency in multiple languages a plus
