Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working in a virtual setting, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for:

  • Logging in to the arenaflex website at the start of your shift and responding to customer messages
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Escalating complex issues to internal teams for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Contract Length and Rate:

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $30 – $45 per hour

Skills and Background Needed:

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Closely following provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Reliable internet connection

Hours per Week and Location:

* Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
