Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager Customer Service, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals and driving business growth through exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the store leadership team to develop strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business in the store
- Inspiring, coaching, training, and developing store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results
- Adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment
- Monitoring multiple lines of business within the store to achieve operational objectives and collaborating with corporate business partners to report results
- Leading the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus
- Coaching and encouraging team members with clear communications to foster growth and development
- Developing strong relationships across teams and with customers to create an environment that enhances loyalty for arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Cross-industry experience is welcome – a retail background is not necessary
- A passion for learning about arenaflex technology and products
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and the local language. Multilingual ability is a plus
- Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs
