Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Storage Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data storage infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and scalable. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, and provide expert guidance on data storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems

  • Develop and implement data backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for data storage and management
  • Provide expert guidance on data storage solutions, including capacity planning, data migration, and data protection
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data storage systems, including technical guides and user manuals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data storage systems, including hardware and software failures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new solutions to the team
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in data storage or related field, with a focus on systems administration and capacity planning
  • Industry knowledge and experience with SAN planning and execution, including DellEMC and Cisco
  • Strong understanding of data storage organization, including NAS and SAN systems
  • Experience with data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
  • Operating system framework organization abilities (both Linux and Windows)
  • VMWare knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in data storage technologies, including capacity planning, data migration, and data protection

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5 years of experience in data storage or related field, with a focus on systems administration and capacity planning
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
