Job Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service to clients by taking calls with a professional, empathetic, and thoughtful approach.
- Responding to customer messages with clear, concise, and definitive guidelines.
- Data entry and examination within various computer applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.arenaflex.com).
- Processing and investigating customer orders and requests.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient language and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
