The Role
As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and forecasting programs to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and profitability. Your expertise in advanced analytics and optimization will enable arenaflex to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement advanced statistical models and forecasting programs to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in advanced analytics and optimization
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build their skills and expertise in advanced analytics and optimization
Basic Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research
- Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
- Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and machine learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining and machine learning
- Prior work experience within a media business or analytics consulting firm
- Knowledgeable in marketing or media mix modeling
- Expert in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
