Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Endorser Tasks capability, where you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted subscribers, and drive remediation efforts. Your expertise will help us maintain the integrity of our subscriber data and ensure that our customers receive the discounts they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and analyze data related to subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection

• Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation
• Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or detours to business partners
• Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies it
• Oversee project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to design robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

• 2+ years of analytical experience
• Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

• Postgraduate education
• Knowledge of Wind current
