Responsibilities

As an online customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to arenaflex customers through various communication channels such as chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, refunds, and more.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's policies and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to response times, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Contact Resolution (FCR): 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): 90% or higher
  • Response Time: 30 seconds or less
  • Quality of Service: 95% or higher

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with using various computer programs and systems.
  • A reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
