Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Network Administrators. As a Network Administrator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of professionals to solve real-life problems and learn how to make an impact. You'll receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell and Bash, Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes Tools.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Network Administrator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring WAN links for stability
  • Monitoring routers, switches
  • Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
  • Alerts and log monitoring
  • Preventative Health Checks
  • Incident Management
  • Reporting
  • Administering security and IAM

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
  • Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
  • Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
  • Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience working in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
