Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry position, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
• Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
• Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settling all data entry related to special cases.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
• Settling phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions.
• Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
• Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the correct area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
