Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, driving business intelligence and analytics to inform strategic decisions. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll collaborate with business partners to develop and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced statistical techniques, machine learning, and data visualization to uncover insights and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business partners to design and implement data-driven solutions, using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation to inform business decisions
- Own and manage analytics workstreams, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
- Develop and maintain robust data models, using algorithms and predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to resolve complex business problems, using large datasets and machine learning techniques
- Develop and deliver presentations and consultations to communicate analytics insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Utilize programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience, with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python, with experience in SQL and data manipulation
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business stakeholders, with a focus on actionable insights and recommendations
- Proven ability to anticipate and prevent problems, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and languages, including machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Specialization in areas such as data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
