Job Description

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to arenaflex products and services, guide customers through product setup and usage, and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
