Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This role covers a range of customer needs, from assisting existing clients to fielding questions from potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues

  • Address support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential new customers, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch, building strong relationships with our customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with our clients' products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and the capacity to follow provided steps and instructions
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
