HR Compliance TEMP (remote)

- Rate: $18.00/hr
- 100% Remote
- Full Time/Seasonal (thru end of December)
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- Mon, Tues & Thurs. - 9am - 5pm
- Sat. & Sun - 8 hrs per day (flexible start and end times)
- Resolve I-9 E-Verify issues and follow-up with Store Managers via Zendesk as needed
- Run routine reports on incomplete onboarding and follow up via Zendesk as needed.
- Use excellent attention to detail to efficiently audit Sections 1, 2 & 3 of form I-9 for accuracy. Follow up as necessary.
- Answer questions regarding onboarding requirements.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications
- Excel - sort and filter data, v-lookup, copy & paste.
- Outlook - send and receive emails.
- 1+ years in HR or related experience.
- Familiarity with I-9 requirements and E-Verify issues.
- Prior Workday experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work
