Provide strategic vision and direction to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales operations.
