Position Highlights: - Fully Remote: Work from anywhere (requires a computer, USB headset, and reliable Wi-Fi; no Chromebooks). - Compensation: 1099 structure with multiple weekly bonuses. Average representatives earn $120,000/year, with top performers exceeding $250,000. With consistent effort and self-discipline while working remotely, exceeding $100,000 in annual earnings is achievable. - Leads Provided: Focus on educating clients and move into closing deals using our provided leads and dialer. - Training & Growth: No experience required. We provide a comprehensive sales and solar technology course with clear paths for rapid internal advancement. Key Responsibilities: - Educate prospective clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy via virtual consultations. - Manage the sales process, including contract documentation and financing options, within our CRM. - Foster long-term client relationships through professional and empathetic service. - Collaborate with leadership via Google Meet to refine sales strategies. Qualifications: - Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills. - A positive work ethic and a desire to learn (we value attitude over experience). - Ability to manage sales campaigns and lead data effectively. - Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a significant plus. - Familiarity with solar industry trends is desirable but not required.
