Customer Service Trainee

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-13

About Our Organization For generations, we’ve dedicated ourselves to supporting working families across North America. Through long-standing partnerships with thousands of unions and member-based groups, we help ensure their communities receive dependable information about the benefits designed to protect them. As the only benefits provider operating under a fully unionized label, our commitment to service, integrity, and trust sets us apart. Families rely on us—and we take that responsibility seriously. Position Overview This role offers more than remote convenience; it provides the chance to contribute to something meaningful. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to members via phone or virtual meeting
  • Coordinating and conducting scheduled benefit consultations
  • Breaking down program details in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way
  • Completing digital forms with accuracy
  • Offering follow-up support to maintain ongoing relationships

Every conversation you have helps families make well-informed choices about their coverage and long-term financial protection.
