Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational bridge between content and digital strategy teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency across marketing teams.
- Work with corporate marketing to deploy wide programs and pilots.
- Develop support tools to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Build and monitor campaign dashboards to track performance.
- Analyze and present performance reports across multiple channels.
- Manage a centralized asset library for marketing collateral.
- Develop toolkits and playbooks to enhance marketing capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in marketing operations.
- Experience in B2B healthcare or related fields preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows and marketing technologies.
- Proven ability to manage global campaigns with complex dependencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
