The Role

As the Head of Human Resources, Industrial Equipment Heating & Functions you will serve as the strategic-people advisor for Industrial Equipment Heating, acting as the HR partner to the Industrial Equipment Heating Division Head, and the group Finance Director supporting Global ETS Finance & IT.

This role owns the development and execution of people strategies that enable operational excellence, leadership capability, and sustainable business growth across both the division and the global finance function.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on HR partnership, ensuring that talent, organizational effectiveness, and culture align with divisional priorities and global functional needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Division Director, Industrial Equipment Heating Division Head, and the Financial Director, ETS partnering closely on strategy execution, leadership effectiveness, succession, organizational design, and change.
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with executive and senior leaders, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen when discussing business priorities and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with ETS HR Centers of Excellence to shape and deliver enterprise-aligned people strategies that meet divisional and functional needs.
  • Own and drive talent strategies for Industrial Equipment Heating leadership populations, while also supporting global talent priorities within Finance, including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure effective execution of the people's strategy across geographies, balancing global consistency with local business and regulatory requirements. Partnering with ETS Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned approaches to talent.
  • Bring external insight and best practice into leadership, capability, and talent discussions to strengthen organizational effectiveness and bench strength.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and people managers across both client groups, providing guidance on:
    • Leadership effectiveness and expectations of people managers
    • Performance and reward decision-making Employee relations, risk management, and governance
    • Employee relations, risk management, and governance
    • Cultural leadership and employee engagement
  • Model credibility, integrity, and empathy while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Lead and support complex organizational change initiatives, particularly within Industrial Equipment Heating, including restructures, capability shifts, and operating model evolution.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to deploy operational and strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify systemic people's risks and opportunities and recommend integrated solutions aligned with business and financial priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner or director-level roles in global, matrixed organizations.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business divisions, with additional exposure to global functions; supporting a Finance division is preferred.
  • Strong commercial, organizational, and financial acumen with the ability to influence at executive level.
  • Proven capability in talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership.
  • Exceptional relationship building, coaching, and communication skills.
  • High learning agility, curiosity, and comfort managing complexity across geographies.
