Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

Duties

• Review and confirm project deliverables to ensure that the requirements of projects are being delivered in a timely and user-friendly manner.
• Work with Business Owners and stakeholders to identify, develop and document requirements, to assist in the identification and assessment of possible solutions.
• Work with Business Owners and stakeholders to plan and undertake the work required to implement the identified solution/s.
• Develop and maintain project related documentation and reports including project charters, plans, risk registers and closure reports.
• Develop communication and consultation strategies to ensure sound knowledge of projects by all internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively coordinate and undertake high level project management over all components of project plans in order to achieve objectives in a structured and formalised manner.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the development and management of project outputs.
• Provide guidance and leadership to staff associated with and affected by projects.

Desirable Requirements

• Relevant tertiary or industry recognised qualifications and expertise in Project Management.
