Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Loan Store, Inc. is a fast-growing wholesale mortgage lender that partners with loan officers and mortgage brokers nationwide. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by connecting with mortgage loan officers, building relationships, and managing a book of business to enhance company production.

Responsibilities

  • High-volume outreach (100+ calls/texts/emails daily) to mortgage loan officers and broker partners
  • Build, manage, and grow a book of business within assigned accounts
  • Help activate new loan officers and support active partners with product and guideline questions
  • Use CRM and automation tools to track your pipeline and performance
  • Partner with Account Executives to activate new relationships and grow production
  • Deliver a 5-star experience to every partner you engage with

Skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience (real estate or finance is a plus)
