Sales Development Representative - Inbound

They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to engage with potential customers, turning inbound interest into meaningful sales conversations while utilizing consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and other marketing channels
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s pain points and urgency for change
  • Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, identifying Metrics, Decision Criteria, and Identified Pain
  • Document key insights in Salesforce to enable seamless handoffs to Account Executives
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align on strategy and ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Manage a steady flow of inbound conversations
  • Participate in coaching and training designed to accelerate your development and career path within Pluralsight

Skills

  • Requires no previous professional experience; ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on consultative questioning
  • Exceptional active listening and critical thinking skills, with a passion for uncovering the root causes of business challenges through structured discovery
  • Analytical mindset capable of tying prospect challenges to quantifiable business outcomes (Metrics)
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Growth-oriented attitude with resilience and adaptability
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects via phone, email, and chat
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other sales frameworks is helpful, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
